The company can be the tenant, so you are free to change which employee uses the home. If you prefer the employee to be the tenant, we draw up the contract that way.
The deposit is normally three months' rent, invoiced to the company together with the first rent and refunded after move-out and inspection of the home.
Yes. Rent, utilities, cleaning and any move-in packages appear on one monthly invoice to the company with standard payment terms.
Yes, the employee can register the home as their official Danish address for stays of at least three months. We provide the documentation needed for CPR registration and tax.
The home is fully furnished with wifi, kitchen equipment, bedding and towels — ready from day one, with nothing for you to buy or store.
Let us know in good time and we extend or shorten the rental period. We can also find a larger or smaller home if the team changes size.
